Insert Moulding

• We process all types of thermoplastic material from basic commodity grades through to high performance engineering polymers.

Insert/ outsert include:
– Electrical Components (Resistors, Diodes, Thermistors, Coil Formers, etc).
– Pressed Components-loose & continuous reel (Leadframes, Contacts, Terminals, etc).
– Turned Parts (Studs, Nuts, Washers, etc).
– Cold Formed Components.
– Plastic Moulded Components.

• Components manufactured range from 0.5 grammes up to 200 grammes.
• Our machine capacity ranges from 25 tonnes to 160 tonnes including Horizontal, Vertical and Rotary configuration. Split-line or conventional feed.
