Product Design

We are able to offer complete 3D product and subsequent tooling design from:

• Customer concept/basic specification.
• Customer supplied 2D drawings (Hard copy or DXF).
• Customer supplied 3D CAD data (Pro-engineer, Solid works, Catia etc).
• Customer supplied samples used for reverse engineering techniques.
• All new projects are assigned a designated Engineer to manage from component conception, through to production utilising proven Advanced Quality Planning techniques including SLA models if required.
